Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order you place with Core Lifestyle. Please read them before you order — by placing an order, you agree to them.

Your order

• After you place an order you'll see a confirmation with your order number. This means we've received your order, not yet that we've accepted it.
• For cash-on-delivery orders we may call you to confirm before dispatch, and we may cancel an order we can't confirm.
• We may also cancel an order if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price. If that happens we'll let you know, and you won't be charged.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the order total shown at checkout when your order arrives.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be exchanged for cash.

Delivery charges and typical delivery times are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 7 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Product information

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen, and size-chart measurements are approximate.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
