Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. The delivery charge depends on where you are, and is shown at checkout before you place your order:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days elsewhere. Delivery can take longer around public holidays, big sales and bad weather.

Paying on delivery

Pay in cash when your order arrives. Please check your parcel when the courier hands it over, and contact us straight away if anything is missing or damaged.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
• Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll tell you how to send them back.
• Return shipping is free.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll refund the price of the returned items. Because orders are paid in cash, we'll agree the refund method with you when you get in touch — for example, mobile banking.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Ask for an exchange when you contact us. We'll send the new size once the original is back with us, subject to stock.
