How do I pay?

We currently accept cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives — nothing is charged up front.

Will you contact me before my order ships?

For cash-on-delivery orders we may call the number you gave at checkout to confirm your order before we dispatch it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Where is my order?

Contact us with your order number and we'll tell you where it is. Typical delivery times are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Open the size chart on any product page — it shows every measurement in inches or centimetres. Comparing it with a similar piece you already own is the easiest way to choose.

I'm between two sizes. What should I do?

Get in touch, tell us your usual size and the product you're looking at, and we'll help you choose.
